We’d all be lost without Millie. She is the calm in the storm, the practical one, the production genius. Nothing stresses her out and she can tackle a floor plan like no one else! In the events business for over 10 years, her range is from major league corporate media events to bespoke birthday parties to festivals in muddy fields. She also understands what it is to be a trader through having worked in the Choc Star van for 3 years and doing her share of scooping and stall building. Proper trooper.

Ian studied with Petra for the MSc in Urban Studies at UCL where they bonded over their shared love of food and the city. He became immersed in London politics for a while, focusing on housing and welfare issues, before realising that his true love was for small-scale, independent food production and the community and cultures that revolve around it. Part obsessive foodster, part political strategist, what makes Ian such an asset to KERB is his undying attachment to the well-being of the city and belief that food can play a crucial role in enhancing life and uniting people. He brings coherence and an analytical mind to the table, helping us to grow from strong roots. Rock solid.

THE ‘TERRIER’ / HEAD OF PRIVATE EVENTS
Lianna is our terrier and goes after things with total focus and dedication until the job is complete. Originally discovered working on the Luardos burrito van, we scooped her up with relish and now she handles the multi-faceted private events side of the business. Not just anyone can do that - it requires a broad spectrum of capabilities and areas of skill to communicate with traders, clients, venues, often in short windows of time and with different requirements. Super bright, loads of fun and a massive asset to KERB.
THE ‘FIXER’ / TECH EXPERT AND MARKETS MANAGEMENT
Another find from the burrito van - Luardos trains them up good! Ollie is the Fixer - from managing our King’s Cross market and the mind-bogglingly complex trader rota, to building databases that make our lives easier. He gets the business and he knows the traders - and he’s always there with new ideas for how to fix stuff. Big help.
EVENTS AND PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Our newest team member, Ophelia is a bona fide food obsessive. She studied in Bra at the University of Gastronomic Sciences and wrote her Masters thesis on urban agriculture in NYC. Now she is bringing her rich background the the KERB table and assisting with our private and public events - keeping things in order and turning up with delicious treats at any opportunity!
