THE INKERBATOR WEEKENDER
THE FUTURE OF LONDON STREET FOOD
When: EASTER WEEKEND, THURS 18 - MON 22 APRIL 2019
Where: SOUTHBANK CENTRE
Time: THU: 1pm-9pm / FRI: 11am-10pm / SAT: 11am-10pm / SUN: 11am-9pm / MON: 12pm-6pm
What: STREET FOOD / INDUSTRY TALKS / BAR / LIVE MUSIC

We’re back at the Southbank Centre for our first big InKERBator event. Why? Because 2 years since launch, it’s time to celebrate the incredible talent that’s come through the InKERBator Programme and cast our eyes into the future of what’s next for the industry.

Helping new food businesses develop is at the core of what we do – through the InKERBator, KERB workshops, The Vault and lunch markets – and with the Weekender, we can lift it off the website and out of the weekdays, spread it across one of our favourite locations so more of you can get your chops round it!

What to expect: 25 new traders cooking special £5 dishes (alongside their signature ones); state of the industry talks and workshops programmed over five days; plus two KERB bars, live music and judging panels made up of KERB Alumni, Industry leaders and a competition for you to be on the judging panel, (stay tuned).
