'Mr Gurmetti' is a regional Italian food obsessive. If you see the care and attention he puts into his all-year-round Movember style moustache, you'll appreciate the lengths he goes to with his gurmetti. Every element has been considered and researched - from the type of bread, cut of ham, tartness of marmalade, to the Italian school paper that the sandwiches are wrapped in. This isn't the fastest food on the block, but it is amongst the most well-thought out and flavoured. Try and arrive in time to see him pull up in his Piaggio - this thing's on the hydraulics, baby, and it shoots up HIGH!
Fiodena - Smoked shoulder of Wild Black Pig with Tropea onion & balsamic vinegar marmalade in a Focaccia bread.
Tonnito – Shredded pork burrito with fresh chickpeas, red onions and spinach.
Veggie – Farinata ( chickpea flour pie ) with pesto and Gorgonzola cheese in a Focaccia bread.
Mourinho – Shrimps and lime toast sandwich with mayo and Tabasco sauce.
Zipping around the city with an old 3 wheels Italian van and spreading my traditional Italian taste and our exclusive products, that stand for their unique health properties and are made with traditional process with exacting attention to details and the animals, that’s what we’re doing.
