The magic man with the magic hands, transferring cosmic energy into the ingredients that he so expertly and effortlessly mixes into the jhal muri. No one eating Angus's food or riding with him in his van will ever be the same again. He's our resident, bonafide, itinerant, flavour-wizard and this whole KERB thing wouldn't mean half as much without him.
From beautifully presented chaat trollies come a range of delicious treats that nourish and fill the senses with the pleasures.
A unique catering arrangement run by Angus Denoon who for the past 8 years has been exploring the treasures found on the Kolkatan streets and provides authentic and original tastes, fresh and alive and accessible to all. The trollies are totally self contained, low impact, high outpact procedures that tidies up after themselves.
