Why we love them

We first discovered the Rib Man at Red Market in July 2011. There wasn't a soul around, but there he was, happily carving through ribs and telling me his story. Not only was that bag of ribs with the homemade, yet to be named sauce, a blur of deliciousness, but it was obvious straight away that this guy was all heart. He was raring to go, to get his ribs out there and that's still exactly where he's at. We love Mark, the Rib Man, because he loves kerb life so much and adds so much to it. Heart and loyalty go a long way on the street and he is reaping the rewards of all his rib fans responding to that.
