DO YOU HAVE…
- At least 1 years experience within a contract catering or commercial events environment?
- Level 2 Food Safety in Catering? [would be a distinct advantage]
- Ability to ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food safety and hygiene procedures?
- Ability to ensure food is prepared to required standards, checking for taste, presentation and quality?
- Ability to ensure food is served promptly and work is carried out quickly and efficiently to keep up when busy?
- A real team-player mindset?
- Positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to think laterally and willingness to problem solve?
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in from time to time on non-designated areas of the business?
- Passion for food?
