• CIPD Qualification?
• Experience of working in contract catering / venue F&B / hospitality?
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment?
• A real understanding of the importance of staying organised in order to exceed expectations and meet deadlines?
• Ability to manage own time, prioritising and juggling multiple projects within deadlines- delivering on all of the above?
• Strong attention to detail?
• High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism with handling sensitive data and information?
• Experience of working as part of a busy People department?
