We run brilliant street food markets, workshops, consultancy, bars, a food hall in Central London (Seven Dials Market), curate all the food and drink at National Theatre and have developed a growing, successful corporate catering company, KERB Events Limited.

We’re on the lookout for a vibrant, creative and culturally aware Social Media Manager who will work across KERB and Seven Dials Market social media channels. Food is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll need to have a passion for all things food and drink, as well as be entrepreneurial and well-organised.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for:
SOCIAL MEDIA
- Own and manage the KERB Comms Calendar, ensuring all accounts have relevant content and activity scheduled across social media at optimal times to support campaign objectives and optimised performance
- Be comfortable with managing accounts across Instagram, Facebook (including Business Manager) and TikTok
- Create content for all organic and paid campaigns across KERB’s social media platforms
- Manage paid ad campaigns using Meta Business Manager, working with the Marketing Managers to set goals and budgets to drive ROI
- Ensure all activity is performance-driven, keeping in mind audience growth and engagement at all times
- Provide detailed social media reports and analysis monthly to assist with overall marketing reporting (metric and visual)
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies and provide guidance to the Marketing Team
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Work with the Marketing Team to build on the already unique and authentic brand tone of voice, through brilliant content campaigns and creation
- Work with the Marketing Team to create a solid social media and comms strategy across the KERB accounts (KERB Food, Seven Dials Market, KERB at the National Theatre and KERB Events)
- Support the Marketing Managers in gathering content and imagery for regular blog posts, news articles or newsletters
CREATIVE ASSETS
- A love for creating content that evokes personality and feeling, and resonates with the KERB community in order to maximise engagement
- Creating stand out content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Personally capturing strong photos and video on-site that can be used as part of the social content plan
- Working alongside the Marketing Team to manage creative agencies including graphic designers, photographers and videographers, when required
- A strong understanding of Canva and any other apps required for editing content
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
- Ensuring everyone has as good of an experience online as they do at KERB sites or markets, with community management across all social media channels – KERB’s hospitality should be just as excellent online as it is offline
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent copywriting skills for social media and beyond
- Experience in creating video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- The ability to take beautiful photos and video on site and edit them to fit the brand look and feel
- Very personable with excellent communication skills, able to work with multiple traders and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Brilliant organisation and time management
- A keen eye for detail
- Great awareness of the industry and London scene, can identify key trends and opportunities, up to date with the latest openings as well as cultural events such as film, fashion, music, art, theatre and design
- A driven, motivated people person with a genuine love for hospitality
- An openness to rolling up your sleeves and pitching in from time to time on non-designated areas of the business
- An interest in the street food industry and wider food scene of London, passionate about working with small businesses to help make the city a better place to live
