• Ability to support a programme of learning and development that includes monitoring and responding to referrals, meeting and assessing candidates, and offering 1-2-1 placement support in the form of setting goals and providing space for placement reflection and feedback, preparation for interview and ongoing work coaching support as candidates move into employment?
• Experience of working in hospitality and/or a social enterprise environment?
• An interest in the independent food industry and wider food scene of London?
• Fantastic listening skills with a passion for supporting people?
• Knowledge of KERB markets and/or events, love for KERB, and passion for working with social impact partners to help make the city a better and more delicious place to live?
• A good grasp of relevant tech? – all our systems are cloud-based
• Proactive / self-starter attitude with lots of initiative?
• Excellent people skills, confident talking to colleagues and partners in a straightforward and open manner and developing long-term relationships?
• Outstanding hustle?
