As well as food, KERB has community at its core. We like to do work that doesn’t always feel like work. We choose to invest in people and build strong relationships. We enjoy the challenge of driving both people and profit forward in an ever-changing London.
We value initiative, focus and spirit in people. This is a place that rewards entrepreneurship. There’s so much scope to grow here if you have all this – along with that ingrained belief that service is everything, inside and out.
We are committed to supporting and promoting diversity across everything we involve ourselves in, from the make-up and culture of our internal team, through to the many independent street food businesses we work with, and the many hundreds of people they employ. Diversity in KERB as both a business and a culture is vital.
After operating out of many different kinds of workspaces over the years, from home kitchen to leaking warehouse, KERB HQ is now based in Shoreditch, tucked away in a little courtyard with its own front door.
We provide (to f/t team) extended holidays and sabbaticals, £1000 annual training budget, full gym membership, a really zen meditation room, team trips, great mat/pat/adoption leave, flexible working hours, duvet days and the opportunity to compete with KERB FC in the London-wide Serie F&B.
