We’re Amba, a Middle Eastern street food business based in London.
Our menu offers a range of dishes inspired by the rich and diverse flavours of the Middle East — drawing from countries such as Iraq, Isreal, Palestine, Yemen, Jordan, Iran, and Syria.
When creating our recipes, we take inspiration from these cuisines and then add our own twist to craft dishes that are fresh, vibrant, and, wherever possible, made with locally sourced ingredients. Our signature offering is our filled pita sandwiches — handmade, soft, and packed with flavour.
