Base: Rava dosa

Semolina, rice flour and white flour South Indian pancake (combined with Curry leaves, coriander, cumin seeds, ginger and green chilli ) – (vegan friendly).

Filling: Aloo Bhaji

Aloo masala made from a mix of potatoes with turmeric, urad dal, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dried red chilli, fresh green chilli, lemon, coriander, ginger, onion, tomato and curry leaves (vegan friendly)
