Exclusive Scoop grew out of a life long love of food and especially desserts. After studying pastry and later training in artisan ice cream production, Tom began developing his own recipes and experimenting with ways to bring high-quality artisan ice cream to events across the North West.
What started in 2017 with a one litre ice cream machine in a home kitchen has gradually grown through word of mouth, repeat bookings and a focus on quality, reliability and customer service.
Today, Exclusive Scoop operates as a growing independent business with a strong focus on artisan products, ethical sourcing and creating memorable experiences.
