FAT SNAGS

FAT SNAGS started many years ago with one clear goal: to make the best hotdogs in the country.

Inspired by what the burger heavyweights – Meatshack, Meat Liquor, OPM, Flying Cows, Beefy Boys – were doing for patties, FAT SNAGS set out to do the same for dogs. The formula was simple: high-quality meat in a great bun.

FAT SNAGS teamed up with Birmingham’s oldest sausage makers, Lashfords (150 years and counting), to create a unique blend, and sourced buns from the Fabulous Baker Brothers (now Hobbs House). Finished with homemade toppings and sauces, the hotdog level-up was complete.

The early days were pure graft – a borrowed van, a grill, a gazebo, and a hustle through tiny local events. Fast-forward seven years, and FAT SNAGS has grown to three set-ups (two trailers and a big festival gazebo), slinging dogs nationwide.

FAT SNAGS has served at the Cricket World Cup, the Ashes, T20, The Hundred, held down three full seasons at BCFC, and now feeds crowds at Stoke City. Add to that concerts, countless festivals, and collabs with the biggest names in street food, and it’s fair to say the dogs have landed.

2024 has been FAT SNAGS’ biggest year yet – and they’re only just getting warmed up.
