After arriving in the UK in 2021, Faik turned years of hospitality experience into a family venture with a singular focus: to bring authentic Turkish street food to London, one gozleme at a time.
Gozleme are freshly made Turkish flatbreads, and from day one, perfecting them has been the only goal. Customers choose their own fillings (mushroom, potato, beef, chicken, spinach or cheese) to build their perfect flatbread, served with a choice of hummus, tzatziki or chilli sauce on the side.
