I have been cooking since I was 5 years old as my mum was a chef and my granny would always be creating amazing dishes. Back in 2018 me and my cousin decided to start the business but he sadly passed away just before our first trading date at Notting Hill Carnival. Throughout lockdown I cooked from my mum's kitchen selling jerk, seafood boils and Caribbean Sunday dinners.
