Part of a social enterprise working with prisoners and ex-prisoners
in an initiative designed to cut reoffending and give men a chance
by providing training, relevant qualifications, jobs and
opportunity as well as invaluable life skills.

Launched in HMP Pentonville a team are producing
the Ball No Chain Meatball range which includes:

Roman Road

A luscious Italian Meatball – beef with basil and sundried tomato
served with a rustic roasted red pepper tomato sauce and pasta

Greek Street

A delicious lamb ball flavoured with feta and olives served within gamopilafo – a traditional wedding rice from Crete

Green Lanes

DelicateTurkish style broad bean and lentil kibbeh served with tahini dressing, beetroot hummus, garlic yoghurt, fresh salad and homemade flatbread
