Lemon & orange Buttermilk- fried chicken taco

Marinated in lemon and orange juice buttermilk for 2 days and fried fish on site

Sweet succulent plantain cooked with our home made spicy salsa sauce

Spicy Guava Chicken wings
Pressure-cooked spicy chicken stock mixed with fresh guava creating an explosion of flavour which will cost a dry rubbed baked chicken wing

Crinkle-cut fries

All tacos come with either white, blue or green tortillas, gluten free options available if notified with time
