Why did you get into street food?
We felt there was no good popcorn in the UK. The available options were either very heavy on the calories or lacked taste. That's why we decided to launch Maize & Grace popcorn, with the aim of creating the best quality popcorn that was light yet perfectly satisfying.
What are your next steps?
We would like to see our popcorn in cinemas, venues and events nationwide. And in big supermarkets.
