Beef Dumplings
Our signature dish, which is our own recipe, is inspired by the age-old traditional recipes we’d learnt as kids – but then turned up to 11 on the flavour dial.
MANDALA’s Dumplings
Our dumplings come in three variations, our traditional pork & leek, signature beef and our vegan option as seen above; which encapsulate a blend of vegan-friendly ingredients in a green doughy wrapper.
Every single dumpling that we produce are made entirely by hand, which is a rigorous and timely procedure, but going the handmade route ensures that we can provide the highest quality product to take your tastebuds to the Himalayas – no hiking boots required.
