Steamy, light corn-based ‘dumpling’ cooked in a corn husk, filled with moist chicken, pulled pork or sweet potato, smothered in either tangy tomatillo salsa or salsa roja, served with red rice and frijoles.

Flautas (taquitos)

Crispy, filled flautas smothered in homemade tomatillo salsa with  fresh lettuce, guacamole, avocado, sour cream and creamy crumbly cheese.

Cochinita pibil – 5 hour slow cooked marinated pulled pork- orange, achiote, garlic, cinnamon, pork crackling, rice box.

All food can be offered as vegan and it is all gluten free.
