Mr Porchetta is headed up by founder, Valeria. Valeria took control of her future after the pandemic by opening her a street food business, serving authentic Italian Porchetta—slow-roasted pork belly and loin, seasoned with rosemary and fennel. Wrapped in ciabatta and topped with homemade salsa verde – head to the market and grab one of her mega sandwiches. Proud to showcase the best of Italian street food, Valeria is continuing her family’s butchery tradition.
