Paddys Fish & Chips - Our signature dish

We came up with it by taking a British classic and adding a modern spin. Our cod is line caught and sustainably sourced with a MSA certificate. Our chips are double fried skin on chips tossed in garlic, salt and coriander which we believe is the perfect seasoning. We serve with fresh lemon wedge, homemade tartare sauce and loads of vinegar!
