Why and how did you get into street food?
We are a husband and wife duo, with a passion for cooking. We hail from the historic city of Samarkand, which was once a significant centre of Persian culture and a hub for trade along the Silk Road. After winning 'best dish' at a food competition hosted by The Entrepreneurial Refugee Network, we look forward to showcasing our unique culture through our traditional dishes on the streets of London.
