My journey into street food comes from my passion for sharing Senegalese culture and creating meaningful experiences for people. As the founder of Teranga Kitchen, I wanted to bring the authentic flavours, hospitality, and traditions of Senegal to a wider audience.

Combining my Senegalese heritage, my travel business, and my passion for food naturally led me to street food. Street food allows me to tell the story of Senegal through authentic dishes, introduce people to new flavours, and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the true meaning of Teranga – generosity, hospitality, and making everyone feel at home.
