It all started with a cold beer on a sun-soaked beach in Turkey. Friends Roj and Cem were enjoying a well-earned break when a spark of inspiration struck. What began as a casual idea quickly turned into an exciting vision—so much so that the entire holiday became a brainstorming session.
As soon as they returned to London, they took action. With no prior experience in the food industry, they launched their very first market stall at “The Pump”—a converted petrol station turned vibrant food hub in Shoreditch. Against the odds, the venture quickly gained traction. The concept resonated with customers, and before long, momentum was building. Within just two years, they had expanded to multiple locations.
What started as a beachside dream became a fast-growing business, driven by passion, hustle, and a deep belief in the idea.
