Wild Isles

Modern British Fusion, Farm-to-Table Dining

Having spent 20 years working in catering and feeling fairly directionless, our journey began with a purpose and a mission. To create beautifully inspired and creative food from the bounty of produce, meat and fish we grow, farm and forage in the British Isles.

Our primary focus is on sustainability, traceability and sourcing ethically, we couple this with imaginative and internationally inspired dishes with the mission to educate people what we can do with our abundant resources and steer people away from importing which generate huge carbon emissions in the process.

By championing British farms and producers, Wild Isles bridges the gap between land and plate by celebrating our natural landscape, food heritage, and our global influences.
