After several years in London’s food industry, Alejandro launched YouBao in 2017, following a valuable experience running a ceviche street food stall. That chapter taught him important lessons and sparked the idea to focus on something fresh and exciting – fluffy steamed buns.
Inspired by Asian traditions and infused with UK creativity and a South American twist, YouBao was born. Since then, it has grown steadily, powered by passion, innovation, and a deep commitment to delivering great food and service.
