Hoisin “Duck” Bao Buns with black bean mayo, pickled pink ginger, sliced cucumber, sriracha, crispy shallots, coriander and spring onion.

Thai Panang Curry with mixed vegetables, puffed tofu, fluffy Jasmine rice. Topped with roasted cashews, toasted black sesame and fresh coriander.
