LONDON’S BEST BURGER IS COMING TO LONDON’S BEST FOOD HALL

From KERB beginnings, to cult burger icon. London’s best burger, Bleecker, is returning to KERB and opening their biggest restaurant yet at London’s best food hall, Seven Dials Market.

Bleecker first started serving their bold, no-frills burgers at KERB’s original street food markets back in 2012, igniting a burger revolution in the capital. With its signature double beef patties, classic melted American cheese, and toasted brioche buns, Bleecker has earned a reputation for serving the best burger in London, with five sites in Spitalfields, Victoria, Bloomberg Arcade, Westfield London, and London Bridge.

KERB & Bleecker have both evolved – from a pop-up lunch market in a Kings Cross building site and a roaming burger truck, to London’s busiest food hall and a growing, proudly independent burger restaurant respectively. But some things never change – Bleecker has promised to bring its “No BS” ethos and classic menu back to the community where it all began.

“We’re incredibly excited to be returning to KERB by opening at Seven Dials Market,” said Bleecker Burger founder, Zan Kaufman. “It’s a homecoming for us. Being back selling our burgers with Kerb, alongside some of the best independent food in the city, seems like the exact right place for us at the exact right time. I am super excited!”

Seven Dials Market is renowned for its diverse, award-winning independent food traders, the majority of whom started with KERB on their weekly launch markets and events, and now serve up to 30,000 customers every week.

“Bleecker represents everything that we’re about – brilliant food & drink, served with exceptional hospitality. ” added Simon Mitchell, CEO of KERB. “I’m thrilled to be welcoming Zan and the team to Seven Dials Market and back to the KERB community – it is genuinely London’s best burger and we’ve been championing them since the start.”

Bleecker will officially open its doors at Seven Dials Market on Saturday 25th January at 11am. To celebrate, they will be giving away free cheeseburgers to the first 100 customers – so set your alarms and get in line!
