We’ve cultivated a brilliant line-up of street food traders to shake things up in the catering world – now we’re doing the same for bars.

We bring together some of London’s most interesting breweries, great independent wine-makers and small batch distilleries to produce a bar offer that’s a beautiful match for the great food we serve.



We can tailor our cocktails to the occasion. Here is our Christmas list as an example:

Oliver’s Twist: Gin, elderflower liqueur, chilli-infused honey, lemon juice, ginger ale, Tabasco to taste

Snowballer: Egg nog, amontillado sherry, grapefruit juice, lemonade

Mistletoe Punch: Vodka, Kamm & Sons, Suze, orange, cranberry & clementine juice, vanilla


Camden Town Brewery, Beaver Town, Four Pure, Five Points and many more

Featuring some of the following: Unfiltered Hells Lager, Neck Oil Session IPA, Flat Iron Red Ale, Indian Hells Lager, Bloody ‘Ell IPA


Half Hitch Gin, Chase Vodka and East London Liquor Rum are some of our favourite liquors.  We like to pour them with the likes of Square Root’s seasonal sodas (currently Pear & Aronia)


We work with a number of different wine producers with a light, French Pinot Noir as the house pour, and a weightier number from a small producer in Croatia, Koslovic, as the upgrade

We can make the bar cost effective, or even pare to the food
