Back at the Southbank Centre for our Alchemy takeover. This is where things get really spicy and the whole Square becomes engulfed in the smells and sounds of the Indian sub-continent. Grilling, smoking, frying, charring, toasting, chopping, stirring – and the space is colourful, drenched in garlands and full of big communal tables for people to eat at and spend the day working their way through the multitude of beers and cocktails we are turning out…
