KERB does St. Paddy’s Day at The Understudy
When: Monday 13th to Saturday 18th March 2023
Where: The Understudy, at The National Theatre
Time: All day

We’ve got all the key ingredients for the perfect Paddy’s Day at The Understudy!

Kicking off from Monday 13th til Saturday 18th March, we’ve got some punchy special dishes on the menu from our incredible food traders:

GUINNESS PANI PURI & TOASTIES from Mumbai Mix.  Blending Indian flavours with that St. Paddy’s Day staple – Guinness! enjoy pani puri – a popular Indian street food snack of puffed hollow puri (crisp flatbread) filled with a spiced potato and chickpea mash, served with Guinness pouring sauce and tamarind chutney, and Guinness and Chilli Cheese Toasties with a sweet and tangy apple and mustard chutney and masala chips.

ST. PADDY’S TRI-PIE from Bad Boy Pizza Society. A nod to the Irish flag with green (pesto), white (cheese) and orange (vodka sauce) stripes on a deep pan fluffy Sicilian base.

BLOOMIN’ ONION from Lucky’s Hot Chicken. A crisp fried unwrapped onion, seasoned with Buff Dust and served with Lucky’s famous Comeback sauce and Ralph’s Pepper Jelly.

To make these six days extra special, the Bar Team have pulled some v.stouty strings and managed to get Guinness flowing through our taps for our St. Paddy’s Day at The Understudy week only AND added a few exclusive cocktails into the mix:

IRISH BREAKFAST, Jameson, coffee liqueur, espresso, sugar

IRISH ALE, Jameson, lime, ginger beer

BABY GUINNESS, Baileys, coffee liqueur

Come and grab a pint of the black stuff, and enjoy St. Paddy’s Day at The Understudy. Slainte!
