We’re buzzing to be celebrating St. Paddy’s Day in The Understudy for another year, and what better way than with pints of the black stuff on tap for the whole week!
Not only that, but our traders have been concocting their own special dishes with an Irish twist, a couple of cheeky little cocktails and of course, BABY GUINNESS SHOTS!
Kicking off on Monday the 11th of March, we’ll be serving up Irish themed delights all week.

PADDY’S PIE BY BAD BOY PIZZA SOCIETY
An award-winning fluffy Sicilian base topped with oozy Mozzarella, Cashel Blue Cheese, sweet caramelised Guinness onions, tangy pickled savoy cabbage and spring onions.
SHINFUL OF GUINNESS BY SIRELI
Doughy potato flatbread topped with tender Guinness braised beef shin, pickled carrot, springy scallions + confit garlic yogurt
