Hitting the KERB: the inKERBator programme

You’ve conquered KERB Classroom and got all that you need to start your food business with a killer hero dish to match… it’s time to level up!

The inKERBator programme is built for early-stage street food business start-ups.

It’s your chance to get hands-on, with three weeks in the classroom at KERB HQ before you hit our central London markets with a six-week residency. The KERB+ team are by your side throughout the inKERBator programme, helping you to develop your brand, dishes, service and more. The best part? It’s completely FREE. We get over 300 applicants every year so go all out in your application to really stand out. Our Food Team also regularly pound the pavements in search of the next big food thing.

We work with up to four cohorts of eight incredible inKERBator food businesses every year, and 95% go on to graduate and join KERB membership to unlock incredible trading opportunities.

What next? KERB Membership

Once you’ve completed the inKERBator programme, you graduate and get invited to become a full KERB member.
