We’ve reimagined street food by infusing classic burgers with bold, sun-drenched Syrian flavors, ensuring our menu is healthy, sustainable, and inclusive of all dietary needs including halal, vegan and gluten-free options.
More than just a food business, Baytna is refugee-owned and powered, dedicated to shifting the negative narratives to showcasing talent and contribution.
As we grow, our mission is to scale this model into having permanent street food spots and refugee-led cafes across the UK, bringing refugee and local communities together, and proving that every burger served is a step toward building a community where everyone feels they belong to Baytna (our home).
