James has been in street food for over a decade, starting as Cake Doctor in his 1970s ambulance, trying different concepts along the way.
Until his friend introduced James to these Canadian-style doughnuts in 2018. It was a genuine sliding doors moment. Since then, James has been working on making them the best possible dessert he can, winning awards along the way.
Since then, James has been building out their bespoke food truck to make the best doughnuts and the best possible experience for their customers.
