December 2021. “Luke, shall we quit our jobs and buy a food truck?”
It sounds crazy, but that’s exactly what happened. We had no catering experience, stable jobs, I had a mortgage – but we weren’t happy. At the time, the Greek food scene in the UK had very little going on, and we wanted to change that.
We’ve come a long way. We now have six permanent sites, a central production kitchen, and an amazing team helping drive growth every day. We’ve invested heavily in our infrastructure to prepare for the next step, overcoming geographical challenges and economic pressure while continuing to serve fresh, homemade, tasty gyros across the country.
