Hanoi Cà Phê

Enjoy Hanoi!

Growing up in an all-women household, Gina grew up surrounded by strong, inspirational women. Gina learned all that she knows about Vietnamese cuisine and cooking from her late Grandmother, who shared stories and cooking techniques with her until she was 103 years old. Hanoi Cà Phê is a celebration of her family recipes with dishes that boast mouth-watering flavours.

PHO

Aromatic rice noodle soup, served with a choice of chicken, beef brisket or marinated tofu. All topped with Vietnamese herbs, lime and bean sprouts

BANH MI

Vietnamese baguette filled with pickled crunchy salad, fresh herbs, chilli mayo, cucumber and a choice of pork patties, honey soy grilled chicken, crispy marinated tofu or plant based omnipork

BUN CHAT THIT

Mamma Tinh’s pork patties, accompanied with crispy vegetable spring rolls. Served on vermicelli rice noodles with a Vietnamese crunchy pickled salad and Nuoc Cham sauce
