Why and how did you get into street food?
I’ve always loved cooking and it’s been my number one passion in life. I left a marketing director role at the end of 2022 and decided to pursue my dreams. A love for fusion cuisine brought me to an idea as there are so many similarities between Mexican and Pakistani / Indian food. So I decided to experiment and as soon as I tasted it, I knew Pako Taco would be a fun project! I’ve since run pop ups at pubs and have my market set up for events and tap rooms and breweries.
