My pizza story began back in 2003 in Pisa in Italy, where I fell in love with making pizzas while working as a prep chef.
After training as an apprentice, I worked at some wonderful pizzerias picking up all sorts of styles and flavours along the way. I moved to the UK in 2013, and after being head pizzaiolo at a family ran street food business during lockdown, I decided to start my own thing.
That’s how Pizzamo was born. Now, me and my son hit the road together serving up great pizza at every kind of event, from birthday parties to big concerts.
