Our traders have been working their magic: cooking up one-off Christmas specials across KERB lunch markets for the past 15 days.
From turkey confit Killa Dilla quesadillas at Camden, to BBQ Dreamz‘ boozy Filipino eggnogg on the Quay…
OUR TOP TWO SO FAR
1) Mother Flipper‘s Merry Porkmas. Manuel rolled a pork belly roulade, cut it into patties, sloshed it with spiced apple, cranberry sauce and caramelised shallots and studded in little crunchy candied hazelnuts. When they plop out your heart will skip a beat. One more chance to try! At KERB on the Quay, Friday 16 Dec, 12pm-2pm.

And that’s just one layer of the filling.
2) Crabbieshack‘s lobster grilled cheese toastie. One of the best things we’ve had on the kerb and at Paddington this week. Lobster limb laden sliders freshly plucked from the Folkstone shore. (Dougie’s taken over the The Mermaid’s Kitchens in Clapton so you can sample them before the year’s out).
