SUYA PIT
Spreading the sizzle, it’s Suya Pit! Their flavours (and positive vibes) are off the charts. Think mind-blowing BBQ bowls, vibrant jollof, and plantain with a perfect crunch. Founded by the duo, J and Mia, their dishes pay homage to their African and Caribbean heritage. Just one week into KERB, they’re making waves on the market scene.

JERK AND LOBSTER
Jerk and Lobster is a family affair led by founder Caydie. Taking inspiration from her mum’s kitchen and with her dad on the grill, they deliver smoky jerk chicken and seafood boil delights. Fun fact: Caydie is one of KERB’s very own team members, and can usually be found heading up the events at their food hall, Seven Dials Market

Introducing Samarkand Palav, the Uzbeki trader celebrating Central Asian dishes. Haven’t tried Palav before? You can expect a dish of steaming, slow-cooked lamb, layered with fragrant rice and veggies.

Just when you thought you’d seen all that street food had to offer, along comes Parma Medic, rolling up in a converted ambulance. The only emergency? Missing out on ex-chef Russell’s oozy Aussie delights. Ready to bring your tastebuds to life are his topped chicken or aubergine parma.

UTOPIA
A fresh new street food concept by refugee entrepreneur, Hind. Utopia’s journey started with the Streets Ahead programme and now she joins KERB on the inKERBator. Savour authentic Syrian wraps with home-style flavours – all served up with a friendly smile.

JOU JOU’S BITES
In 2022, Chia-Jou and Mustapha popped up a gazebo for the very first time, and Jou Jou’s Bites came to life. Swapping weekends eating at food markets into a full-time gig, they’re dedicated to bringing authentic Taiwanese flavours to London (armed with bundles of recipes from Chia-Jou’s Grandmother!)…
