Attention vegans, veggies, flexis and carnivores… Whether plant-based goodness is your norm, or something new, we got you. For two weeks, we’re firing up the grill and getting smoky at KERB at Cowcross Yards for a Veggie Backyard BBQ. And this time it’s designed especially for the veg lovers.
ON THE MENU AT THE BACKYARD BBQ
KERB traders have been back in the kitchen/garden, coming up with some epic vegetarian BBQ specials. Get stuck into new dishes like smoked cauliflower steak wraps with harissa tahini and herby Lebanese-style salad, or charred hispi cabbage and southern-fried oyster mushroom wraps with chilli & garlic sauce from Hank BBQ. Ya’La will be serving up their usual Seitan goodness but adding Devil Fries to the menu, loaded with popcorn falafel. Thin & Crispyhave added Molten Nacho and Halloumi fries to the menu and is changing up their classic Lahmacun with a veggie version.
Vegan food ain’t just for vegans. It’s a big flavour lunch with a big impact and smaller emissions. KERB at Cowcross Yards Backyard BBQ is all about eating well and doing better.
