KERB started with a mission to create opportunity and joy through great food, from the kerb up and we can’t wait for you to taste our newest additions to our community. The InKERBators have been hard at work in the KERB classroom and are ready to feed you.
With a banging selection of cuisines and dishes, there is something for everyone in this new batch – but don’t just take our word for it. Check out their menus for yourself and join us at West India Quay from Wednesday 29th June (kicking off at 11.30 am).
Inspired by travels to South-East Asia in 2017; Saskia is the face behind Zest Kitchen. Her menu serves up plant-based Asian-inspired dishes with vibrant flavours. Look out for her Hoisin “duck” Bao buns. Give them a follow at @zestkitchen.ldn
Starting from home in lockdown Twerk’N’Jerk has since ticked almost every box, from catering on location at shoots, to earning a residency in a local independent cinema. We are talking wraps jam-packed with juicy jerk chicken or pulled jackfruit. Give them a follow at @twerknjerk_uk
Inspired by the beautiful simplicity of Traditional Portuguese food, Bruno is known for always adding a twist to his dishes. At Santa Bifana, you can enjoy authentic dishes prepared in three steps (base, filling & topping); we’re obsessed with the smashed, fried potatoes! Give them a follow at @santabifana
AMBA are all about vibrant Tel-Aviv style stuffed pitas and are street-food pros having fed market-goers at Chatsworth Road & Broadway Market.
