Aromatic, very slow-cooked pork belly in sweet soya thick broth with shiitake mushroom

Fried Tofu 香煎豆腐卷 (VG)

Shallow fried tofu with our secret home-made sweet and sour sauce, no sacrifice for being vegan 🙂
